OUR STORY
HALO was created to be a sanctuary, a sacred space where movement becomes connection and presence becomes power.
My journey with Pilates began in Los Angeles, where I discovered what it meant to truly feel my body. Through the practice, I softened, strengthened, and found clarity I didn’t know I needed. HALO is the embodiment of that path: a studio where heat, stillness, strength, and ritual meet.
With thoughtfully designed spaces including a Reformer room and Café HALO, every detail is part of the experience: intentional, warm, and rooted in care.

Reformer Pilates is a powerful tool for building long-lasting strength and refined body awareness. Using spring-based resistance and guided movement, the reformer challenges your stability, alignment, and control; all while supporting the body in its natural range.
At HALO, our Reformer room offers a quiet, focused space for deep work. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to elevate your practice, each class is designed to activate the core, sculpt with intention, and reconnect you to your body in a meaningful way.
TEam Members
Lou is a warm and energetic Pilates instructor whose kindness and radiant presence set the tone for every class. Inspired by nature and movement, she creates thoughtful, uplifting sessions tailored to each individual’s needs. With her, Pilates becomes a comforting pause: a space to breathe, progress with confidence, and leave feeling lighter and recharged.
Teaching Pilates since 2011, Valentine brings passion, precision, and deep body awareness to every class. Specialized in Mat work and all apparatus, including Aerial Pilates, she creates energetic, safe, and effective sessions that challenge, align, and empower. Her classes are dynamic, uplifting, and designed to leave you feeling stronger, lighter, and confident.
Anaïs enhances both body and presence through precise, elegant, and deeply strengthening sessions. With over seven years of practice, she creates refined classes that sculpt, lengthen, and tone the body while cultivating control and lightness. Her approach is gentle yet demanding, designed to deliver visible results and a true sense of well-being. With Anaïs, each session becomes a high-end ritual — elevating posture, strength, and energy.
Julie explores movement since childhood, building a strong foundation through ballet, jazz, and Latin dances. Certified in Pilates Mat & Full Apparatus and Yoga Vinyasa 200h, she blends biomechanics, mindfulness, and clear guidance in every class. Her sessions are joyful, structured, and empowering—helping students move with intention, confidence, and ease. A warm and multilingual instructor, she’s driven by the body–mind connection and the simple joy of moving well.
Jenifer Tur is a certified Pilates instructor with a holistic approach to movement, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and mindful breathing. Drawing from her experience as a mother, nutritionist, yoga teacher, and Pilates instructor, she understands the realities of busy lives and evolving bodies. Her classes are safe, well-rounded, and engaging, combining functional strength, posture, and body awareness to support sustainable progress. Fluent in English, German, and French, Jenifer teaches in all three languages.
A celebrated teacher and author, she is well known for her creative, playful approach to teaching yoga and her work with empowering women.
