Heated Mat Pilates is limited to 13 participants, and Reformer classes offer 7 spots per session for optimal guidance and attention.
Heated Pilates is practiced in an infrared-heated room to enhance flexibility, circulation, and muscle activation.
Reformer Pilates uses spring-based resistance to build deep strength, stability, and control.
