Membership Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all memberships, services, and purchases offered by:

By purchasing a membership or service, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

ARTICLE 1. Purpose of Membership
Memberships provide access, depending on the selected plan, to:

  • A defined number of mat and/or reformer classes per month, or

  • Unlimited class access

as specified at the time of purchase.
Memberships grant access only to regularly scheduled group classes unless otherwise stated.

ARTICLE 2. Subscription & Activation
Memberships are purchased exclusively via the Mindbody platform.

  • Memberships are strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.

  • Activation begins on the selected start date or on the date of first use, depending on the plan.

  • The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the selected membership before confirming purchase.
     

ARTICLE 3. Billing & Payment

  • All prices are expressed in CHF (Swiss francs).

  • Payments are processed securely via Mindbody by credit card or Apple Pay.

  • Membership fees are automatically charged on a monthly basis.

In case of failed payment:

  • Access to classes may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

  • Halo Studio SA reserves the right to charge administrative fees related to repeated payment failures.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of force majeure supported by valid medical documentation.

ARTICLE 4. Commitment & Renewal
Unless otherwise specified, memberships renew automatically.

  • Renewal occurs on the anniversary date of the membership.

  • The client is solely responsible for managing cancellation through Mindbody before the next billing cycle.

No reminder notice is required prior to renewal.

ARTICLE 5. Cancellation of Membership

  • Cancellation must be made directly through Mindbody.

  • Any billing period already started remains due in full.

  • No retroactive cancellation requests will be accepted.

The client retains access to classes until the end of the paid period.

ARTICLE 6. Suspension / Freeze Policy
Membership suspension may be granted exclusively in the following cases:

  • Medical incapacity supported by official documentation

  • Exceptional circumstances, subject to written approval by Halo Studio SA

Requests must be submitted prior to the absence period.
Suspensions are not granted for:

  • Holidays

  • Travel

  • Schedule changes

  • Personal convenience

The maximum suspension duration is determined solely by Halo Studio SA.

ARTICLE 7. Studio Rules & Conditions of Use
To ensure safety, hygiene, and quality of experience:

  • Grip socks are mandatory for all reformer classes.

  • Appropriate sports attire must be worn at all times.

  • Strict hygiene standards must be respected.

Class reservations must be made via Mindbody.
A strict 12-hour cancellation policy applies.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

  • Loss of class credit

  • Temporary booking restrictions

  • Suspension of membership

  • Termination after prior warning in cases of repeated abuse

Halo Studio SA reserves the right to refuse access to any client failing to comply with studio rules.

ARTICLE 8. Class Access & Capacity
Access to classes is subject to availability.

  • Membership does not guarantee a place in any specific class.

  • Reformer classes are subject to equipment availability.

  • Mindbody waitlist rules apply.
     

ARTICLE 9. Workshops & Special Events
Workshops, masterclasses, and special events may be subject to separate pricing and cancellation conditions.
Specific terms will be indicated at the time of booking.

ARTICLE 10. Introductory Offers
Introductory offers:

  • Are valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase

  • Are strictly personal and non-transferable

  • Cannot be extended or paused
     

ARTICLE 11. Image Rights
Halo Studio SA may capture photographs or videos within the studio for communication and promotional purposes.
Clients who do not wish to appear in visual content must submit a written request via email.

ARTICLE 12. Equipment & Property
Clients are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to studio equipment, furniture, or premises.
Halo Studio SA reserves the right to request compensation for damages.

ARTICLE 13. Health & Liability
By participating in classes, the client confirms:

  • They are physically fit to engage in exercise.

  • They will inform Halo Studio SA of any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or contraindication.

Participation is entirely at the client’s own risk.
Halo Studio SA shall not be held liable for injuries resulting from:

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Improper use of equipment

  • Overexertion

  • Undisclosed medical conditions
     

ARTICLE 14. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law.
Mindbody acts as a third-party data processor for booking and payment management.
Clients’ data is handled confidentially and used solely for operational, administrative, and communication purposes.
A separate Privacy Policy applies.

ARTICLE 15. Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal is expressly excluded once the membership or service has begun.
By activating a membership or attending a class, the client acknowledges immediate execution of the service and waives any withdrawal right where legally permissible.

ARTICLE 16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.

ARTICLE 17. Modifications
Halo Studio SA reserves the right to modify:

  • Pricing

  • Membership features

  • Studio rules

  • Class schedule

  • Terms & Conditions

Any changes will apply from the next renewal period.

ARTICLE 18. Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, government measures, technical failures, severe weather, or force majeure events), Halo Studio SA may suspend or adapt services without obligation to issue refunds.
